Hey Kendal you do the trail runs don't you ? if thats you

your fast enough for sport,this course has only a couple of climbs and you won't get much of a work out for 1 lap.
I don't want you to feel like you didn't get your money worth

We could add a lap to sport and expert but Tony and I want to keep our miles in the 15-16 sport and 21-24 range like we always have.
